Understand your quote

Trading fees,
explained.

10 bps + venue fee as applicable.

Trading

The iStreet partner fee.

For CoW spot orders, the iStreet partner fee is 0.10% (10 basis points, or 10 bps). It is embedded in the quote through partner-fee metadata. This is the iStreet fee, not a fixed total cost or a cap on venue and execution costs.

What you see

Embedded costs

Your entered purchase amount is your total USDC trading budget. Trading fees are included within that amount, not added on top; they reduce the tokens you receive. For a 100 USDC purchase, your signed order spends 100 USDC, not 100 USDC plus fees. Review the expected receipt after trading fees, minimum receipt and available fee details before signing. Do not add the iStreet fee or any other cost already embedded in those amounts a second time. “Plus” describes the types of costs, not an instruction to add them again to the quote.

What may vary

Venue and execution costs

CoW protocol fees, settlement network costs and underlying liquidity-route costs can vary with the asset, route, trade size and market conditions. They may be reflected in the quoted amounts and are not necessarily separately itemized. An absent or zero fee field does not prove execution is free.

Separate transactions

Approval and transfer gas

Token approvals and transfers are separate onchain transactions and may require gas in the selected network’s native token. This gas is separate from the trade quote and can still be spent if an order does not fill. Sponsorship, where offered, is subject to availability; it is not guaranteed.

Price impact and slippage are not fees.Price impact describes how trade size and available liquidity affect the execution price. Slippage is a change between the quoted and executed outcome. Review a fresh, wallet-, amount- and network-specific quote and its signed minimum; a reference price is not an execution promise.
Price improvement

Settlement depends on the venue.

CoW spot orders are signed intents settled under CoW’s protocol and fee rules. Venue fees may apply to surplus or price improvement. iStreet does not guarantee that you receive all positive slippage or that a venue retains no surplus.

Check the final result.A router’s refund or balance-accounting behavior does not establish how a CoW order settles. The signed order sets its limits; the final order and blockchain records show the actual execution. An expected receipt is an estimate, and an order may expire or remain unfilled.
