1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of istreet.io and the iStreet applications and APIs that link to this page (the “Services”). The Services are operated by BoringDollars, Inc., a Delaware corporation, File No. 10560883, with its contact address at 1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 95441, Dover, DE 19904, United States (“iStreet”, “we”, “us”).
By accepting these terms or using the Services after being given notice of them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you act for an organization, these terms apply to that organization as well as to your authorized use.
iStreet is a non-custodial DeFi portal. Its interface helps users discover assets, view information, connect wallets and, when enabled for an eligible user and market, submit transactions through external protocols. iStreet does not issue the tokenized equities displayed in the interface. A market listing, reference price, wallet connection or available quote does not mean that a product is available to every user.
These terms cover iStreet's interface, not independent websites or a user's separate access to public blockchains. Issuer documents govern the rights attached to each token. Separate provider terms govern their services. Features shown as planned, unavailable or pre-launch are not a promise of present access or a commitment to a launch date.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter an agreement, and be permitted to use the relevant service where you are located and resident. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it and meet the rules applicable to that organization.
Tokenized-equity trading is not offered to US persons, persons within the United States, or persons acting for their account or benefit, as defined by the applicable issuer documents. You are responsible for checking the restrictions of each product before acquiring, holding or transferring it. An unrestricted IP address does not establish eligibility.
iStreet does not require identity-document verification for its DeFi interface onboarding. This does not waive product eligibility rules or requirements imposed independently by issuers, wallet providers or other services. iStreet does not promise access to issuer redemption or other separately provided services.
3. Geographic access
Trading through iStreet is unavailable to persons located in or resident in the restricted countries and territories below, and organizations incorporated or principally based there. Public information and read-only views may remain accessible. Being able to browse or connect a wallet is not permission to trade.
Restricted countries
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Myanmar
Restricted territories
- Crimea
- Covered occupied areas of Donetsk
- Covered occupied areas of Luhansk
The territorial restrictions do not extend to all of Ukraine or to the entire Donetsk or Luhansk regions. These lists describe iStreet's geographic access policy, not a worldwide allowlist. Nothing in these terms permits a transaction prohibited by applicable law.
We may use server-side IP country and region information to determine geographic access. If location cannot be established with sufficient confidence, trading may remain unavailable. Technical checks can be inaccurate or incomplete; passing a check or encountering no warning does not override these restrictions. IP location does not establish residence or US-person status.
You must not conceal or misrepresent your location, use a proxy or VPN to evade a geographic restriction, or act through another person to bypass it. If you believe a location result is incorrect, contact us. No location check guarantees that a person is eligible, and this policy does not control independent access to public protocols.
4. Your wallet and account security
Your wallet is the means by which you authorize blockchain activity. Signing in to iStreet does not itself transfer assets to us. Wallet creation, recovery and signing may rely on a separate provider and its security model; review that provider's instructions and terms.
Protect your devices, credentials, recovery materials and signing permissions. Check the network, asset contract, amount, recipient, allowance and message before approving. A token approval can authorize later spending within its scope. Never share a seed phrase or private key with support.
iStreet cannot promise to recover lost credentials, reverse a settled transaction or recover assets sent to an incorrect address or network. Interface availability is separate from wallet ownership. Transfers remain subject to network conditions, token-contract controls and applicable restrictions; “non-custodial” does not mean every token is unrestricted or immune to an issuer freeze.
5. Understanding tokenized equities
A token referencing a share or fund is not necessarily the share itself. Its legal structure, backing, holder rights, fees and restrictions depend on its issuer and product documents. Holding a token does not automatically give you shareholder registration, voting rights, direct dividends or a right to redeem with the issuer.
Read the relevant prospectus, final terms and risk disclosures. Corporate actions may change token balances, conversion ratios or economic exposure. Issuers and administrators may impose transfer restrictions, suspend redemptions or take other actions allowed by their documents. The same stock ticker can identify different products on different networks.
iStreet does not guarantee collateral, issuer solvency, redemption, tracking of the underlying security, or the continuing availability of a token. Listing an asset is not an endorsement by its underlying company or an assurance of regulatory approval.
6. Quotes, signatures and settlement
Reference prices, charts and cross-chain averages are informational. An execution quote is specific to its wallet, asset, network, size and validity period. Review your total spend, expected and minimum receipt, expiry and available cost breakdown before signing. Price impact and the underlying market can change while you review.
A signed intent authorizes execution within its signed conditions. It is not confirmation of a fill. An order can expire, fail, remain pending or receive a partial fill where supported. Approval, submission and settlement are distinct steps. Confirm the final result using the order record and the relevant blockchain.
Cancellation is not guaranteed until it has taken effect and may race with settlement. Do not resubmit an order solely because a response was delayed; first check its status. Basket purchases can use separate orders and are not necessarily atomic: some assets may settle while others do not. Delivery is to the recipient specified by the signed transaction or order.
7. Fees and taxes
The applicable iStreet charge and available execution-cost information must be disclosed before authorization. See the fee page and the current order review. Venue fees, network charges, price impact and provider charges can differ by route. Sponsorship is conditional and is not a promise of permanently free transactions.
Network charges may be incurred even if an attempted transaction fails. An executed blockchain transaction cannot ordinarily be refunded by reversing it. If a charge appears incorrect, contact us with the order identifier and transaction hash. Future fee changes do not authorize changing the conditions of an already signed order.
You are responsible for determining and meeting your tax and reporting obligations. Portfolio estimates are not tax statements.
8. Market information, portfolios and AI
News, sentiment, rankings, model portfolios and AI-generated material are general information, not personalized investment, legal or tax advice. They do not assess your financial circumstances or guarantee a suitable investment. You make and authorize your own decisions.
Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. AI output can contain errors or unsupported conclusions. Verify important facts with original sources. Positions and profit-and-loss estimates may omit transfers, historical cost basis, external trades, fees or corporate actions; they are not guaranteed to match realizable proceeds or accounting records.
9. Principal risks
You can lose the entire amount committed to a digital asset. Only use funds whose loss you can bear. Relevant risks include:
- Market volatility, thin liquidity, wide spreads and trading while the underlying stock market is closed.
- Issuer, custodian or reserve failures; tracking differences; delayed corporate actions; and limited redemption rights.
- Smart-contract defects, malicious approvals, compromised wallets, oracle errors and transaction-ordering effects.
- Network congestion, outages, reorganizations, bridge failures and stablecoins losing their intended value.
- Changes in law, product availability or issuer controls that restrict trading, transfers or access.
Do not assume that token holdings receive bank-deposit insurance or the investor protections of a conventional brokerage account. Protections, if any, depend on the particular product and jurisdiction. This list cannot describe every risk. Any future leveraged product requires its own disclosures before access is enabled.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services for fraud, impersonation, theft, unlawful activity, manipulation or misleading trading activity. Do not attack systems, distribute malicious code, misuse another person's wallet, evade access controls, overload endpoints or infringe others' rights.
Use APIs within their documented permissions and limits. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately and avoid accessing other users' data or moving their assets. A security report does not authorize exploitation or create a reward entitlement unless a separate published program says so.
11. External services and APIs
Wallets, issuers, blockchains, liquidity venues, intent networks, RPC services and data suppliers operate independently of iStreet. Their charges, terms, availability and restrictions may change. A link or integration does not make iStreet their agent or guarantee their performance.
Our APIs may have limits, interruptions or version changes. Protect any credentials you receive. Neither an API response nor an interface message replaces the settlement record. Nothing in these terms gives us control over an independent protocol or makes its separate terms inapplicable.
12. Data and privacy
Delivering the Services involves processing technical request information, including IP addresses, and information you provide when using a feature or contacting us. Geographic checks may use IP-derived country and region information. Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are generally public and may remain visible independently of iStreet.
Do not submit private keys or unnecessary sensitive information. External wallet, authentication and data providers have their own privacy practices. These terms do not authorize unrestricted use of your personal data or waive rights under data-protection law. For questions about data handling or to exercise applicable privacy rights, contact legal@istreet.io.
13. Intellectual property
You may use the interface for its intended purpose subject to these terms. iStreet branding and proprietary materials remain with their respective owners. Third-party names and logos identify products or sources and do not imply affiliation. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You permit us to use support messages and feedback as reasonably needed to answer you and improve the Services, subject to the applicable privacy notice. Do not submit material you lack permission to share.
14. Availability, suspension and updates
We may restrict a feature or access to address security incidents, misuse, geographic ineligibility, legal requirements or provider failures. We may change or discontinue features. Where reasonably practical, we will explain material changes and give notice; urgent protective changes may take effect sooner.
Restriction of interface access does not authorize us to take ownership of your wallet assets. Pending orders and previously granted approvals can remain effective independently of access to the site. Check their status and use supported cancellation or revocation methods where available and permitted.
We will publish revisions on this page with an effective date and version. Material revisions will be made available with reasonable notice and any acceptance required by applicable law; urgent security or legally required changes may take effect sooner. You may stop using the Services if you do not accept a revision. Changes do not retroactively alter settled transactions or resolve existing disputes in our favor. Existing rights and obligations are not erased by removing an account or disconnecting a wallet.
15. Responsibility and liability
Except for express commitments and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, we do not guarantee continuous operation, error-free information, a particular price, execution or investment outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and authorized transactions. This does not excuse our own obligations under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect or unforeseeable consequential loss arising from use of the Services. No provision excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any responsibility that applicable law makes non-excludable. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
If your deliberate unlawful misuse or infringement causes a third-party claim against us, you are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for the resulting reasonable loss attributable to your conduct. We must notify you, reasonably cooperate and take reasonable steps to limit loss. This does not transfer responsibility for our own wrongdoing to you.
16. Disputes and general terms
Please first contact us with the issue and relevant records so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent urgent relief, access to a regulator or use of a remedy protected by law, and does not extend a legal deadline.
Delaware law governs these terms, without applying its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory rights to bring proceedings elsewhere, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. This choice does not remove consumer protections or remedies that the law of your habitual residence requires. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a jury-trial waiver.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it permanently. These terms do not override mandatory rights, create a partnership with users or change an issuer's obligations under its own product documents.
